What is involved in a home party?
My philosophy is Keep it Real
sm. This means keep it simple and easy.
Don't make or buy lots of food. Have simple drinks and
snacks and spend the time trying on jewelry with your
friends. You don't have to pressure them to buy and we
won't pressure them to buy. It's all abut having fun
and trying on jewelry.
How much free jewelry can I expect to receive?
Depending on the number of orders you have and total
sales amount, you can earn hundreds of dollars in free
jewelry. During the year, there are additional hostess
incentives. To learn more about
these incentives, ask Teresa.
When will the jewelry arrive?
After we submit your order, it should arrive
approximately one week later.
What type of "parties" can I host?
There are several ways to sell the jewelry such as a
"Party Plan" or a "Catalog Party". A Party Plan is one type of direct selling. (Another type
is one-on-one sales.) Party plan is one of the simplest
types of business for a Representative because the host
invites friends into her home or workplace to meet the
Representative and purchase the products. We use party plan
as our primary method of distribution. A Catalog Party is where
I supply the hostess with
several catalogs and order forms and she collects the
orders, gives them to me, then delivers the product to her
"guests". In addition, if you are looking to
raise funds for your favorite charity, ask Teresa.
Does the jewelry come with a guarantee?
All products are hand-crafted from the finest Sterling
Silver and semiprecious materials available while
subscribing to the highest standard of excellence in
workmanship. Every product is supported by a guarantee and
exchange/refund policy.

This is a great business for women who want to earn money
and enjoy the business and jewelry. You don't have to
"sell" the product, just show it at home parties and have
some fun doing it. No pressure, no sales quotas, nor

Does the jewelry come with a guarantee?

Who can sell this jewelry?
Anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit can sell the
jewelry.
Is the jewelry sold in retail stores?
No. The sterling silver jewelry designs are sold
exclusively by independent representatives.
What if I have no sales experience?
It might surprise you to know that most of our successful
representatives have never sold anything before. If you are
friendly, can stay focused and love the jewelry, you will
love this business.
Is there any outside advertising?
The corporation does advertise in national magazines
including Oprah and shares the leads receive among the
representatives in the area the lead came in from. If
desired, a representative may advertise (under corporate
guidelines). Teresa does facilitate representatives
who want to advertise or otherwise market together to save
money.
Is there a formal presentation I need to do?
No. Unlike other direct sales companies, you don't
have to cook, show off products and give ideas, give someone
a make-over or speak before the group at the party, unless
you really want to. It's all about keeping it easy and
simple. It's all about trying on jewelry, laughing,
sharing stories on a one-on-one basis with each party
member.
How much time does it take to run the business?
You can customize your business to your individual goals
and desires. You may want a fun diversion in your already
busy life, or you may choose a career path with unlimited
learning potential. Part-time or full-time – the choice is
yours! Your sponsor can help you customize a plan that's
right for you.
How do representatives sell the jewelry?
There are several ways to sell the jewelry such as a

phone, fax and e-mail.
How much can I expect to make?
That depends on how much time you put into it but I
average $ 300 per home show and I receive a downline
commission every month.
What does it cost to join?
There are several options to becoming part of this
business. Please e-mail or call me and I can discuss
the options that best fit you.
Are there other expenses?
As in any business, there will be expenses you incur such
as inventory* printing, mailing, office supplies, forms and
other expenses.
*Though you need "inventory" to show at your parties, you
do not need to carry "inventory".
Every product is normally shipped quickly from the corporate
warehouse to the hostess, eliminating the need for you to
carry the extra expense of inventory.
Am I an employee of a company or corporation?
No, Representatives are Independent Contractors, and they
are responsible for filing their own Federal and State
Income Tax. Independent Contractors may be eligible to take
advantage of the tax savings of running a home-based
business.
Is this a MLM (Multi-Level
Marketing)?
Yes and No.
MLM's received a bad reputation from from people who
have gotten involved in certain MLM's, invited you to their
homes or worse, invited themselves into your home, then
"surprise attacked" you with their "business opportunity".
The problem was, all they cared abut was getting people
under them, not creating a business. You did
everything you could to avoid those people.
We are a network marketing company, meaning you have the
opportunity to sponsor others and form a “downline”. You can
earn a great income from your downline and it is definitely
the way to create long-term income. BUT, you do not have to
sponsor anyone! For my first several months, I didn’t
sponsor anyone. I was focused on creating a successful
business selling jewelry. Only later did I realize the
income potential from creating a downline of my own.
Does the direct selling industry
have a good reputation?
The direct selling industry has developed an excellent
reputation over the last decade. Because of the industry's
strong emphasis on personal, one-on-one relationships
between the representative and the customer, convenience and
a high emphasis on consumer education, direct sales is
custom-made for today's busy consumer. The industry is now
studied at prestigious centers of higher learning like
Harvard Business School and described favorably in magazines
like Fortune and newspapers like USA Today.
My husband has questions about this business, who can
he speak to?
My husband Rodger, had many questions about the business
before I began and now is my biggest supporter. Rodger has run
companies for over twenty years and is always ready and
willing to speak to your husband or significant other about
the business. He will share the pros and cons of the
business and help you decide if it is a good fit.
